Hello, I found the people at the Air Algerie Sales Office in Montreal to be professional and helpful when I went there for help with my reservation. They were very clear about luggage policies, cancellations, and ticket adjustments. Nevertheless, it was a little annoying since the wait time was longer than anticipated. The staff did a good job of explaining the cancellation fees, which also felt a little excessive. Although quicker service would have improved my experience, everything went smoothly overall.
